The Coffee
La Armonia Hermosa - “The Beautiful Harmony”
Its not only a great story and project, its really great coffee.
La Armonia Hermosa coffee is grown at an altitude well above Guatemala’s “SHB” or “Strictly Hard Bean” minimum in a stretch of volcanic soil that is well known in the country for being some of the richest agricultural land. All of the exported coffee is hand sorted for size and defects to meet the highest specialty coffee standards. If you’re lucky enough to get a cup of our limited selection of beans it will be roasted to standards we believe match the quality of the coffee itself.
